Two search buttons were requested to reduce scrolling, but work on the design to limit the need for two buttons. Subsequent feedback indicated there was confusion about it.

I believe the agreement was to remove the bottom search button to avoid confusion. Also look to tighten up the vertical height of the page, if possible.
