Description
The new schema to be used for the ORNL DAAC, EDORA, and RGD member nodes is attached. This needs to be registered in Metacat's schema catalog on all CNs.

I've added the ORNL Mercury v1.0 schema to the Metacat schema catalog in all testing environments (dev, sandbox, stage, stage-2). Will wait to add it to production once indexing tests are complete.
