After notification from the MN that the client side certificate has been installed, verify that it is working correctly.

The DFC MN will operate at Tier-1 and therefore will only use the client side certificate when updating node capabilities; the MN operator utilizes the shell scripts 'd1noderegister' and 'd1nodeupdate' for this purpose.
