The new GOA node needs to be registered and synced with the production environment.

GOA has been registered and synced. Content reviewed and seems to have synced to DataONE CNs. Issue with some content not properly setting obsoletedBy fields in SystemMetadata, and so duplicate (old versions) of records appear in the CN search listings. Need to update SystemMetadata for these documents to properly be filtered out of default D1 queries.

Seems to be more general issue with all MN sysmeta sync across CNs, and not specific to GoA, so this task is done.
