Description
This task is to track the initial contact with IABIN for the possible operation of a DataONE member node.
During the Aug 2012 CCIT, it was determined that this candidate should be contacted in Sep 2012 to determine their interest in becoming a MN.

The IABIN Project Ended in January 2012. Therefore, there is really no specific IABIN entity to establish as a Member Node.
An option would exist to Establish a MN instead with one of the Former IABIN Leads, Univ. of San Palo Brazil.
