For the new ESA+PARC server we have the following:
hardware: host-ucsb-3
VM: mn-ucsb-2.dataone.org
ESA and PARC will use Apache under separate virtual hosts (individual IPs), a shared Tomcat under different contexts and different Postgres DBs.
