I think CNCore.getLogRecords() has too few filters to be usable in exposing log records on the CN. I think we should deprecate it on the CN. I also don't think it's implemented on the CN.

getLogRecords fulfills a requirement of providing log information to users. It will not be deprecated. Additional filters can be added as necessary.
