Returns 404: https://cn-dev.dataone.org/cn/v1/log?count=100&start=0
This is confusing because I have in my notes that it used to return an empty log even though were were objects in the database (each of which should have at least a create event associated with them).
I'm adding a ticket discuss if CNCore.getLogRecords() should be deprecated.

Worked when I switched to cn-dev-2.
