Add a proposed Roadmap into the SystemMetadata architectural design document that outlines the steps needed to transfer control of system metadata attributes to MNs, while maintaining control of replica attributes on the CNs.
Includes example sequence diagrams for setting access policies on an object, without and with the proposed changes. This is a draft that will be used for our developers discussion.
