Merge the uc_09.rst changes into ucs_09.txt. I had mistakenly committed these changes under the .rst filename (to show syntax highlighting). Now it's all back to the .txt version. The svn entry was:
Update Use Case 09 (replication) to reflect the current implementation. This adds in the hzHandledReplicationEvents set used to keep track of events that have been popped off of the hzReplicationEvents queue but have not been fully evaluated by createAndQueueTasks().
