Add in the stubbed out ObjectStatsModel, which will hold data on per-object stats, starting with the lat, lon, and count arrays that will be used for generating the distribution heat map. Ben - we need to decide on model and view names so we're both on the same page. this sounds a lot like D1ObjectStats =).
Also add in the MapView, which has an initial implementation for rendering a Google Map.
