Add the shell script I've been using to update the object format list. It will insert or update the object format list, depending on whether the CN env is a fresh install or not. Modify the creatObjectFormat perl script to also read the object format list from the sibling objectFormatList.xml file. This file is the definitive 'cached' version of the object format list, and should be updated as object formats are added to the production CN environment. The version of this file in the d1_common_java project is the development version, and follows the new ObjectFormatList type in the dev version of dataoneTypes.xsd.
