Update the object format list to change the Dryad Metadata Profile v3.1 identifier. While these formatIds are really immutable, we have not ingested any dryad science metadata yet, and it's best to use the correct identifier from the get go (one that doesn't tie the Dryad profile to the xsd implementation for the schema. I'll deploy this version to the 4 environments.
