Update the member node identifiers column. We had agreed upon all caps for MN identifier suffixes, and so I'm correcting our spreadsheet. Note that SANParks and ONEShare unintentionally break that mold, as do the 3 rreplica target nodes, but we have alrready minted certs for them, so they will remain.
