Upgrade the approve node tool to use Hazelcast 2.4.1. Use the ClientConfigBuilder to build a ClientConfig instance from the hazelcast client config XML file, and pass the ClientConfig into HazelcastClient.newHazelcastClient(). Needs testing, but compiles now.
