Infrastructure

To build out the DEV2 environment, we need 3 new VMs created:

* cn-dev-ucsb-2 (same hardware configuration as cn-dev-ucsb-1) (Ubuntu 12.04 to mirror the production env)
* mn-dev-ucsb-1 (same hardware configuration as mn-sandbox-ucsb-1) (Ubuntu 14.04)
* mn-dev-ucsb-2 (same hardware configuration as mn-sandbox-ucsb-1) (Ubuntu 14.04)

Nick, will you please add me, Ben, Lauren, Jing, Peter, Dave, and Matt to the sudo list on these VMs?
