Write a SOW for contract work by individuals familiar with DAP servers to design an approach to implementing a Tier 1 MN stack with DAP servers, preferably in such a way that the software stack could be used with multiple different DAP servers, such as OPeNDAP Hyrax and UCAR THREDDS. Get this SOW issued and have someone complete the work for the MN design.
