The certbot program has been removed somehow. So it can't renew the LE certificate. I tried to install certbot and got an error:
gzip: stdout: No space left on device E: mkinitramfs failure cpio 141 gzip 1
So Dave, would you please allocate more space on /? Thanks.

/Boot was full with old kernels, probably left from the OS upgrade.
Cleaned up and new certificate installed.
