Description
UIC is making the transition to production. Please show them as "upcoming" on the dashboard.
The logo is at https://github.com/DataONEorg/member-node-info/tree/master/production/graphics/originals.
We decided to not ask for a MNDD from them since they are a RN-only at present. When they develop their institutional repository, they'll need to prepare a MNDD.
