Description
In the midst of local operational/procedural changes at GRIIDC, the process that generates PIDs and makes them available to DataONE was left "on". As a result, there are duplicate PIDs in DataONE representing the same content.
Joe has identified the affected PIDs to be deleted (see attached).

Pids are being processed, and are being successfully deleted from the CN. The index has not yet updated, but it appears to have a large backlog to work through.

Confirmed that PIDs are deleted and index updated OK.
