EDI was manually shown as "upcoming" on the dashboard in early- to mid-March. In the meantime, we've automated many of the dashboard processes, and when we set CN_operational_status = upcoming in the node registration document on 4/3/17, the automated process overwrote the manual result (appropriately). The official "upcoming" date is 4/3/17.
