Description
DataONE would like to support the new Let's Encrypt public infrastructure for server certificates. Their own (public) root certificate is not included in major browsers, so they are cross-listed with another CA that they report is included in all major browsers. (IdenTrust). see https://letsencrypt.org/certificates.
However, not all JVMs support the IdenTrust CA, so libclient_java should include either the IdenTrust root CA cert, or the Let's Encrypt one.
