Description
Some dcterms science metadata documents aren't using the dc or dcterms prefixes for elements OR for attributes.
We still need to be able to index these, so the rules need to be made prefix-agnostic.
For example:
ns2:dcTerms
North America - Northeast
northlimit=47.38374632398567;
abstract, spatial location and spatial bounding box should still be indexed despite not being dc:abstract or dcterms:spatial with dcterms:Box attribute.
