Basically two fairly straight forward options:
a) IP based restriction
b) certificate based restriction
and two types of interaction:
a) CN to CN communications
b) between CN and MN
Draft an evaluation and suggested strategy. Forward to Randy and Von for review.

IP restriction over SSL
We have manually generated list of IP addresses for CNs + MNs and will use this information to restrict access.
