Description
The v1.MN.systemMetadataChanged method will get the new system metadata from the cn and update the local copy.
However, v2.MN.systemMetadataChanged method will have two scenarios :
1. For the replica nodes, the v2.MN.systeMetadataChanged method has the same behavior as the v1 - get the new system metadata from the cn and update the local copy.
2. For the authoritative node, the v2.MN.systeMetadataChanged method will get the new system metadata from the cn, but it only updates the replica\serialVersion properties locally.
