Description
Once #7251 is complete and installed, produce a list of all identifiers with ReplicationPolicy.replicationAllowed=true and no ReplicationPolicy.numReplicas attribute. Evict these identifiers from the hzStorage map, and call get() on them to induce a replication policy evaluation on each.

it isn't the numreplicas that are affected, but those nodes which do not have a MNReplication service = true.
