Need to:
- contact the Node Administrator and prepare for updating the certificate.
- generate the certificate (Mark, Dave, or Chris)
- guide the MN admin for certificate installation

A new production certificate has been generated for urn:node:PISCO and is accessible to the MN operator at https://project.dataone.org/~frenock/urn_node_PISCO-1.zip. The MN operator was notified of this event.
