Be sure to add this format to both the v1 and v2 versions of the object format list:
Until we've migrated to a completely V2 (including all MNs), we'll need to support both.

Also, let's be sure to clarify how to register the 19139 serialization of ISO 19115, as that's likely what we will receive bcse 19115 is a conceptual model.
