Slow response/incomplete load for Member Node Dashboard for people at ORNL

Description

For users on the ORNL network (including visitor wireless), attempting to load http://www.dataone.org/current-member-nodes is slow and may not load completely. Requesting the page over https is quick. This is probably due to the ORNL web proxy that intercepts http, but not https requests. This is possibly unrelated to issues that have also been seen with slow response in some browsers, as this affects all browsers when the system is behind the ORNL web proxy. Unknown if this will affect users behind other web proxies.

Issues with ORNL web proxy have been resolved. Much of this was made moot by moving the dashboard over to https.
