You will notice that dateSystemMetadataModified dates are from before the 'fromDate' . All systemMetadata returned should have been after the 'fromDate'. In the results I received, none of the 198 records had a dateSystemMetadataModified that was after the 'fromDate'.
After our upgrade to Java7 on the Coordinating Nodes, this problem may be contributing to instability of d1-processing.
