Description
Add fields to the MNDeployment tracker to store information about:
- The MN Tier (e.g. Tier 1, Tier 2, ....) for the member node. For operational MN's, this should indicate the current tier. For systems still in development, this should indicate the intended tier.
- The software stack that the MN is running to manage their data (e.g. custom, DSpace, iRODS, ...)
- The MN Stack that the node is using for DataONE (or planning to use for DataONE)
- The software stack the node is using to provide OAI-PMH services (e.g. none if no OAI-PMH, DSpace, custom, OAICat, ...)
