Description
Need to ensure that the Dryad namespace definitions have been imported into metacat's xml schema catalog. Should be integrated into the metacat buildout process.
Need to be done prior to any D1 integration of a Dryad member node to ensure science metadata can be harvested from dryad mn.

Dryad schemas now ship with Metacat, and are registered in the schema catalog.
