Discovered 8-8.
Requests for objects failing with a couple flavors of error (although /meta requests are successful):

The object specified by cburt.4.3could not be returned due to error: /usr/share/tomcat5/metacat/data/cburt.4.3 (No such file or directory)
The object specified by doi:10.6085/AA/ALEXXX_015MTBD009R00_20110122.50.1could not be returned due to error: No such file or directory
However calls agains the metacat API for some of the objects is successful:
