Assigning this task to myself. Given the mockup provided by Dave, I'll be adding to it and working on layout of the components.

Added in a new graffle document to convey mockups. The first view (DataView) is mocked up, taking from components shown in the PDF mockup Dave committed. This is just a start, and we'll get feedback on the design from Amber and others.

The summary view is fairly well fleshed out. We've added a Data (for per-object stats) view, which will be implemented in the future. We've added a Maps view for the MN locations and heatmap of data distribution. Still need to work on the System view, showing node availability, etc.
