On my ORNL system, running OS X 10.7.5 (with GateKeeper on the default setting -- trusted apps and App Store apps), I was not able to install the CILogon certificate. The webstart Java program to install the certificate wouldn't run and the dialog box to trust all Java apps from CILogon.org was disabled. On that system, at least, I had to disable GateKeeper to get the certificate installed.
