Description
As in the example of mnStageLTER, which is no loger hosted at tepui.lternet.edu, we need to be able to copy content from the CN (scimeta, resource maps) to a new MN that will become the authoritative MN. We need a tool for doing so, and then need to migrate the mnStage LTER content as a test. Migrating from MN to MN is also desirable, but, with replication enabled, should be addressed.
