Description
Currently, the Python client processes the object location list that is returned from a /resolve command. However, the response code is not 200 (OK), but rather a 303 (See Other) with the location of the object. The python client should just use the location specified in the header to get the object.

The suggested behavior while OK for a web browser, is incorrect for a DataONE client. A client should retrieve the object location list, and use one of the nodes listed to retrieve the content. The location suggested in the header is for convenience of web browser users.
