Description

The web tester does not return anything to the user (browser) while in progress of running tests. Each Tier has long-running tests, so it is difficult to know if the server is down, or simply mid-run.

Browsers support incremental html rendering, so the webTester servlet needs to stream it's results incrementally to the outputStream.
