Need to decide if they will be moved to the new KNB server (mn-ucsb-3.dataone.org) or if they can stay on the old hardware.

We don't need to move workfowscheduler to the new hardware since we decided we wouldn't provide the computational resource for the user. Actually i don't know why we have a workflowscheduler on library.kepler-project.org. We should remove it.
The kepler metacat is the production server to store kar xml and kar files for kepler. The host name is library.kepler-project.org. If the new knb server will use the domain name, we should move it to the new place. Otherwise, we don't need to move it. In summary, the kepler metacat should always stay the machine which has the domain name library.kepler-project.org.
