We've hardcoded the Metacat admin DN into the postinst script, but it should be drawn from the per environment config file so we can have a production DN that is separate from the DN for the development environments. This can also be changed in the Metacat configuration screen, or in metacat.properties, so is fairly low priority.

Changes are made in the configuration of metacat, which is minor, so we'll stick with that.
