Give an overview of the Mercury software stack, it's installation and registration as a Tier 1 member node in the Sandbox environment for the workshop. The agenda at http://epad.dataone.org/20120327-USGS-Workshop mentions replication to the demo MNs, but replication is not possible for a Tier 1 node, so this needs to be reconciled.
