Description
The time stamp for dateSysMetadataModified for all system metadata on the DAAC MN is set to "2010-03-30T00:00:00.000+00:00" and the dateUploaded is for example "2011-12-06T12:04:06.000+00:00"
dateSysMetadataModified should always be equal to or newer than dateUploaded. On initial create, the two values will likely be the same.

Random selection of sysmetadata entries indicate that this problem appears to be resolved.
