After testing d1_replication across multiple CNs, we're seeing 2 to three calls to MN.replicate() on the target nodes, when there should only be one (unless an exception is caught and a second try is fired). In the case of an HTTP 200 (true) return, we're still seeing 2 calls.

Some small changes to ReplicationEventListener look to have fixed the issue.
