d1_common_java library need to be regenerated using the current version of the schema and dataoneErrors.xsd.
The permanent location of the schema is the same as the namespace, i.e.
http://ns.dataone.org/service/types/v1 for dataoneTypes.xsd
and
http://ns.dataone.org/service/errors/v1 for dataoneErrors.xsd
