Description

The dataoneTypes.xsd document has been tagged at 1.0.1 and so it is necessary to update d1_common libraries to use the new schema (only version attribute has changed from 1.0.0).

This story encompasses the tasks necessary to tag release candidates for d1_common_java and d1_common_python.
