Description
Move org.dataone.service.cn.replication.v1.ReplicationService to org.dataone.service.cn.replication.v1.ReplicationManager and remove the CNReplication methods. Verify that this method will listen to changes to the hzSystemMetadata map as a HazelcastClient to the Hazelcast storage cluster initialized by Metacat. Verify that this class accesses the hzNodes map in the processing cluster as a Hazelcast member (not client).
