The 09 Use Case needs to be updated to merge the ideas in two other sequence diagrams:
1) The "sequence diagram":http://mule1.dataone.org/ArchitectureDocs-current/design/Replication.html captured in the Replication proposal document
2) The "sequence diagram":http://mule1.dataone.org/ArchitectureDocs-current/design/UseCases/06_uc.html that shows the interaction between multiple services (Dave will be updating this diagram)
The text from the Replication proposal needs to be merged into the 09 Use Case, probably added into an 'Implementation' section that describes the details.
