We need to create a subdomain of dataone.org specifically for testing purposes. This will be called "test.dataone.org"
The following machines will initially be added to the domain:
129.24.0.15 gmn-dev.test.dataone.org
128.111.220.87 knb-test-1.test.dataone.org
128.111.220.50 cn-dev.test.dataone.org
129.24.0.48 cn-dev-2.test.dataone.org
