We need to emulate the dataone production environment in a test environment, including SSL connections between various pieces. Instead of copying the *.dataone.org cert to multiple, potentially insecure locations we will be setting up a subdomain "test.dataone.org" and manage our own CA for that subdomain.

The changes required include:

DNS creation of subdomain
DNS transfer of existing names to subdomain
Update of node list
Creation of a CA
Issuing of wildcard cert for all, or specific certs for each test server.
Installation of CA cert on all machines involved in test domain.
