Robert can't create tickets in trac.dataone.org. Error wiki_view privs needed, probably also needs other permissions. Username is waltz

Fixed by adding 'waltz' to the Trac dataone group. Underlying problem is that Trac is not using LDAP groups -- this can be fixed when we get the python version issues worked out by installing http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/LdapPlugin. Will open a separate ticket for this.
